Add up all the columns separately. Give each additional task to a different GPU. Sum the sums. Is this supposed to be some kind of trick question?

What columns? It’s a 1D array.
Different GPUs? That’s overkill. You simply won’t have enough data or bitwidth to sum at that point. A single GPU could even handle summing 4b 1-bit values.
