It’s seemingly incorrect due to it’s use for NtWaitForAlertByThreadId. Internal implementation is a hash table [128] indexed by (a1>>5)&0x7f inside PEB. Default spin value (v4) for my build is 10240 shared for similar type of functions (SRWLocks etc).
