Once in a while I watch a video of someone integrating the library, taking notes of how I could improve that experience.
It often comes down to people not spending 2 mins reading what’s in front of them, so my job has been to plant redundant info in various locations.

I am basically trying to increase the odds that they end up finding the information without wasting 30 minutes misdirected. Information redundancy has been useful.
