This pattern appeared so often that in 2017-19 I had to conclude conventional math is a mess. The current status quo not addressing its failings is actively hurting our cultures from becoming more advanced by artificially constraining how much of the bell curve can grasp complex concepts.

In some areas I speculate it’s intentional. As if to prevent too many people from going through a specific tech tree.
