I have sorted that only halfway in code. By measuring CRAP score and other stuff the agent has to keep complexity in mind and improve test coverage. It also has to keep files at a certain length. If those standards are not kept it cannot go past the commit gate and is forced to clean up.
This is how it inderectly also spots dead code to remove.
