I’m astonished that nobody here knows the difference between grep and normal file search.

I have lost count of how many people have been suggesting Everything, and other file name search tools, to me. I guess I could have been more clear about it in the post, but I thought people generally know what grep is.

Maybe it’s attracting mostly pure Windows-users, most of which have never used the original grep, let alone the command line?
