The appeal of mixed reality is to bridge the socially awkward gap of VR. VR struggles with adoption because it is awkward to wear. Like men with hats, face masks now, and ruffs since Philip IV banned them in 1621. If mixed reality helps bridge that gap—it’s a huge VR win.
